Representatives from the city of Richland, Richland Chamber of Commerce, Mid-Columbia Symphony, and Battelle cut the ribbon to the new Battelle Performing Arts Business Center at 716 Jadwin Ave., Richland. Battelle contributed $22,000 to help establish the center.
