
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory's powerful computational tools will enable better understanding of infectious diseases in humans including the pathogen, Salmonella Typhimurium, Researchers provide modeling and analysis of the high-throughput data generated in research programs for NIH. The goal is to determine the mechanisms by which such pathogens adapt to and manipulate the cellular environment after infecting their host targets.
