USGS biological technicians Scott St. John (left) and Amanda Schmidt (right) track radio-tagged fish at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers for a research project about the unique life cycles of fall Chinook salmon. USGS, USFWS, PNNL and UW are working together on the project.
